Titans Cricket is delighted to welcome Fluidra South Africa as the newest sponsor to join the union, with the global pool and wellness equipment specialist coming on board to support the iconic swimming pool at the Castle Corner section of SuperSport Park. The announcement comes in a milestone year for the venue, as SuperSport Park celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2026.
Trading as Fluidra Waterlinx (Pty) Ltd., the company was originally established in South Africa 20 years ago as Waterlinx and now operates as part of Fluidra, the listed Spanish multinational and global leader in the swimming pool industry. The company provides efficient and effective products and solutions for the use of water in leisure, sports and therapeutic applications, spanning swimming pools, spas and wellness centres for domestic, commercial and public use. Operating in over 45 countries, Fluidra owns a portfolio of some of the industry’s most recognized and trusted brands including PowerPlastics, Blu52 and Zodiac.
As part of the partnership, Fluidra South Africa has supplied and installed a pool cover and a dedicated roll-up station for the Castle Corner pool, protecting one of the stadium’s most-loved features and keeping it in top condition between uses. They will also provide ongoing services to the venue, including monthly water testing and the regular supply of pool chemicals, ensuring the Castle Corner pool remains safe, clean and ready for the fans who make it their home during matches at SuperSport Park.
Titans Cricket Commercial Manager Pierre Joubert welcomed Fluidra South Africa to the Titans family, highlighting the timing of the partnership as SuperSport Park marks four decades as one of South Africa’s premier cricket venues.
“The Castle Corner pool is one of the most recognisable features of SuperSport Park, and it’s fantastic to have a partner of Fluidra’s calibre coming on board to help us look after it. In our 40th anniversary year, it means a great deal to be strengthening the fan experience at the stadium with a company that brings this level of expertise in water care. We’re excited to see this partnership grow,” said Joubert.
Fluidra South Africa also expressed its enthusiasm for the new partnership, noting the natural fit between the company’s expertise and one of SuperSport Park’s most iconic spaces.
