All sales are final – Once the customer has booked a space on our memorial wall and the transaction has been completed, the customer will at no time be eligible for a refund regardless of the circumstances. Customers will also not be offered alternative refunds such as credit or vouchers of any sort.

Refund and Return Policy
Cancellation or abandonment of match.
Should a match be cancelled or abandoned, the ticket holder will be eligible to a full refund. However, no refund will be granted should the match be cancelled after five overs as this is considered a full match.
Postponement of match
If a match has been postponed, the ticket will be valid for the rearranged playing of the match. If the ticket holder is unable to attend the rearranged match, he/she will be eligible for a full refund.
Should a ticket holder be ejected from a match due to disorderly behaviour, the ticket holder will not be eligible for any return or refund.
Refunds after match has taken place.
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be granted should a ticket holder request one during or after a match has been played for any reason such as failure to attend the game. Refunds will only be granted should the ticket holder request one an hour before a single ball has been bowled.
If a match has been cancelled or a ticket purchaser wishes to cancel a ticket purchase, the following process will take place:
If you paid via credit card the refund should be done automatically, upon request or refund by the ticket purchaser. Please note: Any purchase made 6-12 months prior to the date of the request for a refund will require manual intervention in the form of an EFT refund.
If you paid via Ozow, this should be refunded automatically, upon request of refund by the ticket purchaser. Please note: Any purchase made 6-12 months prior to the date of the request for a refund will require manual intervention in the form of an EFT refund.
If you have paid via InstantEFT (Payfast), Mobicred, Masterpass, Snapscan or purchased tickets at a store: An EFT refund application will be submitted.
