CENTRE FOR MEDIATION IN SPORT
Mr. Thabani Njozela experience lies at the intersection between corporate and commercial mediation and empowering previously disadvantaged individuals. He is equipped with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa, a Higher Certificate in Business Principles and Practice from the Independent Institute of Education, and an Introduction to Trial Advocacy from the Black Lawyers Association.
Njozela obtained his mediation qualification from the organisation for Alternative Dispute Resolution Network South Africa where he gained experience in mediation and arbitration. Upon completion of his articles, he moved to the South African Council for the Architectural Profession working under the legal and compliance department to regulate conduct and policy and investigate architectural misconduct.
Njozela consults as the Head of Policy and Regulation at the ICT SMME Chamber, providing legal advice on policies and regulations in the ICT sector. He further provides legal advisory services to persons in the entertainment sector.

Additional time: | R700 per hour |
