Lesedi Mphahlele boasts a Certificate in Sports Law from the University of Pretoria and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree through University of Venda in 2007. He is currently completing a Masters degree (MBA) from the Management College of Southern Africa.

Mphahlele represents several clients in the Sports Law sector and was the lead counsel representing the South African Football Association in the landmark matter between Royal AM and Sekhukhune FC in June 2021.

Having served as a member of the South African National Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependence (Limpopo), Mphahlele’s knowledge spans across matters relating to Integrity in sport, including - but not limited to - match-fixing, doping, corporate Governance, agency and contracts, disciplinary proceedings, and stadium safety. He is well-acquainted with proceedings in Mediation, Arbitration, and Litigation, moreover.
