Mr. Kevin Rademeyer obtained his Master’s (LLM) in Labour Law whilst working alongside some of the globes leading brands to ensure effective conflict resolution processes and procedures are implemented. He is a member of the South African Society for Labour Law, The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is an Advocate of Prime Dispute. He is further a member of the Legal Practice Council and has the right of appearance in the High Court.

He specialises in Labour and Criminal Law and has vast experience in arbitrations, conciliations, and mediations. A seasoned campaigner in trial advocacy and resolving criminal matters through alternative dispute resolutions, he uses his knowledge of sports, event, and artist management to ensure effective outcomes which benefit all parties.

Rademeyer’s focus is on labour relations and grievance processes, anchored by the belief mediation was designed to resolve disputes on the value of the claim, and not on whether there is a claim.
