Mr. Jannie Hesselink is a qualified Facilitative Mediator and registered and accredited Leadership-, Business-, and Transformational Coach who has served years on a Religious Institutions Management Committee and has also been involved in resolving disputes and breakdowns in relationships between groups, teams, and individuals. Hesselink is a duly admitted Notary Public and an admitted Conveyancer of Estates.

He has completed a Master’s degree (MPhil) in Management Coaching at Stellenbosch Business School, holds a Master’s Degree (LLM) in Estate Law and Trusts, and has a Post Graduate Diploma (PGDip) in Advance Trust Law and Practice.

Hesselink serves as the Vice-President of the National Hunting and Sport Shooting Federation and has served as a member of the Jury at National Sport Shooting Championships to deal with differences emanating from competitiveness. He has published op-ed pieces and served as a guest lecturer to the Legal Practice Council.
