Mr. Aslam Moosajee specialises in commercial and financial litigation, as well as constitutional and administrative law. He has advised clients across a wide range of industries including financial services, education, and media.

Moosajee’s experience includes advising and representing clients in significant disputes relating to the South African National Credit Act, 2005, the Companies Act, and termination of banker customer relationships. He has acted as a Judge of the High Court of South Africa and is also a Small Claims Court Commissioner.

He is qualified with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Durban Westville, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a Diploma in Insolvency Law from the University of Johannesburg and is an accredited mediator by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.
