Advocate Van Rhyn Fouché holds both a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and has qualified as a Mediator through the University of Cape Town’s Faculty of Law.  He has been practicing as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and is a member of the Johannesburg Bar since 2001.

In his 20 years at the Bar, he obtained vast experience in conflict resolution and strives to resolve disputes on different spheres between individuals and legal entities themselves, amicably and with the most favourable outcome for everyone involved. Fouché has a keen interest in sport and firmly believes that conflict in sport should not consume time, money and effort that could rather be utilised to advance the player, coach or official and the respective sporting code involved.
