Titans Cricket is pleased to announce their agreement with elite training institute, Global Cricket School (GCS).
Based in Mumbai India, GCS was founded by Shachin Bajaj who is also the managing director, with the aim of providing cricketers with the essential tools and knowledge required to gain a competitive edge through meticulously crafted programs.
GCS’ international footprint and aim to nurture the skills of promising cricketers parallels the objectives of the SuperSport Park International Cricket Academy (SPICA), which was firm ground for a partnership to be built on.
Part of the agreement will see GCS provide sponsorships to three SPICA players for a 9-day academy in India, further adding to their all-rounder experience.
“It ties in perfectly seeing that the models are so similar. It allows both parties to add to their bouquet of offerings while providing the players involved an opportunity to really hone their skills. Different environments, different conditions and the same goal will assist players in the development of their game.” Explained Titans Cricket CEO Dr Jacques Faul.
With GCS being an established institution, they will provide valuable guidance and assistance to SPICA while the partnership will allow GCS entry into a new market in South Africa and one that is budding with cricketing talent.
“Aside from the continuous project to establish ourselves internationally, this partnership allows us to expose the players involved, not only, in SPICA with the best facilities and coaches. It also adds to out business offering and demonstrates our ability to create value for companies from around the world.” Said Dr Faul.
