The Fidelity Titans are set to embark on a journey to Durban, fueled by the excitement of back-to-back victories against DP World Lions last weekend. This Saturday and Sunday, 25-26 November, they are set to face the Hollywoodbets Dolphins in an anticipated 50-over and T20 series.

Coach Byron, reflecting on the team’s impressive four-game winning streak, stated, “The journey to Durban is a testament of the dedication and resilience of our squad. The momentum from our previous victories against DP World Lions has energized us, and we are ready to face the Dolphins with the same intensity.”

Last week’s One Day Cup showcased stellar performances, with Gandhi Jafta and Anneke Bosch securing half centuries in the first innings of the One Day Cup. Kay-leigh Tapp showcased her bowling prowess, claiming two crucial wickets, while Paulinah Mashishi made her mark with a vital wicket before bad weather interrupted play.

Despite the match being called off due to lightning, the Daisy Ladies emerged victorious by 6 wickets against the Lions, courtesy of the DLS method. Coach Byron expressed confidence, saying, “We’ve implemented effective strategies this week, building on the positives from our recent games. We look forward to returning home with two wins from our fixtures this weekend.”

Cricket fans can anticipate an electrifying clash in Durban this weekend. On Saturday, the first ball will be bowled at 10:00, and on Sunday, at 09:30.
