Online sports betting company, GG Gaming, will be the 12th man for the Momentum Multiply Titans’ Sky Blues Trust, after announcing a R100,000 donation for the 2019/2020 season.
The news follows shortly on from the announcement that GG Gaming will be the Momentum Multiply Titans Cricket’s official sports betting partner for the upcoming season.
Northerns Cricket Union (NCU) and Titans Cricket PTY LTD launched the Sky Blues Trust earlier this year to assist aspiring cricketers with their education needs.
The Sky Blues Trust is designed to empower and open educational doors for underprivileged boys and girls under the NCU banner.
Celebrating its partnership with the Momentum Multiply Titans, GG Gaming decided to pad up and bat for the franchise’s official charity. The partnership has a strong developmental element with GG Gaming offering full bursaries to three gifted underprivileged cricket players. The rising star of online sports betting will also invest in students during Unisa Day 2020. GG Gaming will award seven lucky draw prizes worth R15,000 to Unisa students to help towards their studies.
GG Gaming on Monday announced that it would donate R25,000 to the Sky Blues Trust when a batsman hits a six into either of the two Sky Blues Trust branded Embankment Suites at SuperSport Park. The six-for-charity will be limited to four boundaries during the season.
In the event the Sky Blues Trust Embankment Suite is only hit once, GG Gaming will continue to donate R100,000 to the charity at the end of the season.
The Boxing Day Test between the Standard Bank Proteas and England at SuperSport Park could see the Sky Blues Trust receive its first donation!
